Do you want to have more women active in your political party? If so, then training and political academies for women are amongst the vital first steps for increasing women’s participation. Political academies for women have been a defining aspect of my own journey in politics. For nearly a decade, I’ve not only received training in political leadership, but also had the privilege of training other women in political parties. These academies played a pivotal role in preparing me for my first campaign and getting me elected, and they continue to support me in my career.
