1. Absence of trust: Unwilling to be vulnerable within the group.

Members of trustful teams usually ask for help, own up to mistakes, and give feedback. Conversely, when there is a general lack of trust, members tend to hide their mistakes and weaknesses, focus on making a good impression, and jump to quick conclusions.
